Job summary

Lifeways Group is hiring Support Workers in Redditch/Worcester to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and brain injuries. You will provide compassionate care in domiciliary settings, travelling between clients' homes and delivering tailored support to improve independence.

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: 7am-4pm/9am-7pm/9am-10pm+sleep/ 9am-4pm/3pm-9pm - Must be flexible

This service is domiciliary care, travel is required between people's homes

About The Role

You’ll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

You’ll Support With

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note: The Days of work for this role are - Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 9.30 am - 2.30pm
