Job summary

The Avenues Group is hiring Night Support Workers to support 5 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties and behaviours of concern in Hildenborough. This full-time role offers a 39-hour schedule and a total annual package of £27,045 pro rata, plus a complexity payment of £1,200 pro rata.

We provide award-winning training at no cost to you, including Health and Social Care Diplomas to support career development.

Night Support Worker

Full-time opportunities only - 39 Hours

£25,845 per annum (pro rata) + £1200 complexity payment per annum (pro rata)
