Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Specialist Night Support Worker at Broughton Lodge in Macclesfield. You will work nights (8 pm–8 am) 42 hours a week, including alternate weekends, delivering enhanced care for adults with autism and learning disabilities within a specialist residential setting.

You will be part of an MDT, providing support across three service areas and contributing to outcome-based care. DBS check is required and a clear career progression plan is offered.

Are you a confident Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment?

You’ll work42 hours a weeknights only (including alternate weekends), making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

At Broughton Lodge, we aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Depending on the individual's level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision:

Shift Pattern: Nights (8 pm - 8 am)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
