Job summary

Voyage Care in Eastleigh is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to join a 4-bed supported living service. You will provide person-centred care overnight, assist with personal care, medications, and domestic tasks, and promote safety and independence for the people we support.

The role operates on a two-week pattern: Week One: Mon, Wed and Thu, 9:30pm–7:30am; Week Two: Mon, Fri, Sat and Sun, 9:30pm–7:30am. DBS checks and references required; enhanced pay rates and benefits apply.

The shift pattern for this role is as follows:

• Week One: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; 9:30pm - 7:30am
• Week Two: Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:30pm - 7:30am

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join our friendly team within a 4-bed supported living service.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to individuals during the night, including assisting with personal care, administering medication, completing cleaning and household tasks, and ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of the people we support. You will also carry out general support worker duties, promoting independence and maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements.
