Job summary

Voyage Care is hiring a Night Support Worker in Edlington for 35 hours per week on night shifts from 8pm to 8am. The role pays £13.46 per hour and involves supporting individuals to gain independence, with duties including personal care, life-skills coaching, and helping people access local communities.

Ideal applicants will have a full UK driving licence (preferred), be resilient and flexible, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and challenging behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress and challenging behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, brain injury, forensic histories and trauma.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and encourage community access, socialising, and activities.
  • Support individuals to meet goals and maintain their wellbeing.

Night Support Worker - Edlington - £13.46 per hour

Shifts: 8pm - 8am

35 hour contract

We’re interested in our Night Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Night Support Workers should preferably hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress and challenging behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, acquired brain injury, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
