Voyage Care in Edlington is hiring a Night Support Worker to help residents gain independence and improve daily living skills. You'll work 8pm–8am on a 35-hour contract, delivering compassionate, hands-on care in a residential setting.

Ideal candidates are caring, resilient and flexible, with experience or willingness to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans. A full UK driving license is preferred. The role offers enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, overtime, and a range of staff benefits.

Night Support Worker – Edlington - £13.46 per hour

Shifts: 8pm - 8am

35 hour contract

We’re interested in our Night Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Night Support Workers should preferably hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress and challenging behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, acquired brain injury, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
