Job summary

Voyage-Care Hindhead is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain greater independence in daily living. You will work within a dynamic team to support a group of individuals in a residential setting, helping with personal care, daily tasks, and community engagement.

Join a caring team where you can teach life skills, encourage social interaction, and participate in activities at home and in the community, including outings to local venues.

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely caring and hands-on
• Experience in helping people gain independence and participate in daily activities

• Assist with daily living and personal care
• Support individuals to access local communities and social activities

• Participate in activities in the home and local community such as bars, cinema, or events

Support Worker - Hindhead - £14.03 up to £15.53 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Typical Shifts are: 7am - 7pm & 9am - 9pm - including weekends on a rota.

Our residential service in Hindhead is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
