Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre in Birmingham is seeking a Night Supervisor to support the Night Manager and uphold exceptional standards across all night operations. You will deliver warm, professional service, handle requests efficiently, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless overnight experience for every guest.

In this role you’ll oversee night audit processes, monitor cash handling, assist with attendance, and maintain safety and security.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Reception Supervisor or Night Receptionist.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Familiar with night audits and hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to guests during night shifts.
• Ensure all team members follow correct cash-handling and financial procedures.
• Assist Night Manager with monitoring attendance and absence policy compliance.
• Carry out regular night fire safety and security checks.
• Liaise with Finance to resolve balances and chargebacks.
• Oversee accurate night audit process in line with company standards.
• Support, motivate and develop the night team, including on‑the‑job training.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage to close conferences, banquets, and events.
