Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a motivated Nights Supervisor for our Leigh venue. You will lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth opening, trading, and closure of the venue.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with the team. You will mentor staff, maintain standards, handle cash and safety procedures, and support initiatives to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Experience leading and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts; willing to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue.
• Assist the venue manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain high interior/exterior standards and housekeeping.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Lead promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Support safeguarding and social responsibility measures.
• Promote a positive working environment and team morale.
