Job summary

AO RETAIL LIMITED is seeking a proactive Outbound Quality Lead to support our warehouse loading operations during the night shift. You will lead and coach the team to ensure safe, efficient and compliant trailer loading, manage bay flow, and participate in weekly depot management reviews to drive continuous improvements.

The role requires strong communication, a hands-on approach, and a focus on operational excellence within a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication with frontline staff and senior leaders.
• Ability to coach, support, and give constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in your work.
• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the loading operation with a hands-on approach.
• Manage trailer operations, ensuring accurate timings and safety compliance.
• Maintain bay flow and manage lane conditions to reduce congestion.
• Coach team members to load trailers safely and correctly.
• Join weekly calls with depot management to review and improve performance.
