Job summary

Brightwork Limited is seeking an experienced Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations and maintain the highest standards of service across the nightshift. The role covers Sunday to Wednesday with a 44-hour week and flexible hours to suit peak periods.

You will supervise nightshift staff, manage materials supply, and drive safety and efficiency across the warehouse. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, implement lean improvements, and ensure the team delivers

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Warehouse operational activities to ensure the highest standards of Warehouse service provision are delivered at all times
• Lead and manage all operational activities to meet company targets in relation to quality, delivery and cost
• Work closely with all internal and external stakeholder groups
• Operational management of nightshift warehouse staff
• Manage and control materials supply ensuring consistent availability to meet all operational requirements
• Ensure the highest standards of work environment and health and safety is maintained at all times
