Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse/industrial setting with vehicles and loading.
• Experience in supervisory or lead roles preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekend irregulars as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the Loading Bay team leader for holidays and shift cover.
• Drive productivity by aligning team actions to demand (trailers loaded).
• Lead hands-on activities to cover gaps and maintain safety.
• Coordinate with traffic office on anomalies and practice improvements.
• Ensure SSOWs (Safe Systems of Work) are followed and health & safety standards upheld.
• Promote careful handling to reduce damages.
