Job summary

Zendgroup is seeking an experienced Night Warehouse Manager for the night shift (10:00pm–8:00am) at our Paddock Wood facility. You will lead the night shift across replenishment, picking and packing, and ensure SLAs and safety standards are met.

You will manage a multi-functional team, optimise labour, leverage the WMS and data to improve productivity and accuracy, and handover clear performance insights to the day team. 32 days holiday and pension included.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse/fulfilment leadership on night shifts.
• Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using a WMS to drive workload and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete night-shift warehouse operation across replenishment, forklift, picking and packing.
• Lead, motivate and develop the night-shift team.
• Allocate labour and move resources between functions based on workload and priorities.
• Ensure pick locations are replenished and ready for the next day.
• Monitor order volumes and backlog to protect SLAs.
• Use the WMS and data to manage workload and performance.
• Provide a clear, data-led handover to the day operation.
