Job summary

Centric Talent is seeking a Warehouse Manager (NIGHTS) for a busy facility in Waltham Abbey. The role leads the warehouse team, ensuring safe receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, stock accuracy and KPI-driven performance, with Sunday to Thursday night shifts and a 42.5 hour week.

You will implement improvements, manage KPIs, plan resources, and uphold health & safety standards while reporting to the Operations Site Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-service warehouse
• Proven people management and performance development
• Strong leadership and staff motivation
• Good knowledge of health and safety legislation

Responsibilities

• Lead daily line management of the Warehouse team
• Oversee picking, packing, loading and despatch
• Plan resources for cost-effective productivity
• Conduct weekly KPI reporting to Warehouse Manager
• Maintain stock accuracy via regular counts
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the site
