Job summary

Zendgroup’s Zendbox division is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager to run the 10:00pm–8:00am night shift across replenishment, picking and packing. You will lead the night team, allocate labour, monitor productivity and ensure stock movements are accurate while safeguarding customer SLAs.

• Previous warehouse, fulfilment or logistics management experience.
• Strong understanding of replenishment, stock movements, picking and packing.
• Experience using WMS and operational data to manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete night-shift warehouse operation across replenishment, forklift, picking and packing.
• Lead, motivate and develop the night-shift team.
• Allocate labour and move resources between functions based on workload.
• Ensure pick locations are replenished throughout the night and ready for the following day’s operation.
