Job summary

James Latham in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Manager to run an efficient overnight operation and achieve high levels of customer service. You will lead a small team, organise training, and ensure health and safety compliance while coordinating loading, picking and stock management through the night to meet deadlines.

You will oversee stock, equipment and site security and liaise with our Health & Safety Manager to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Manager/Supervisor or similar.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Ability to manage night shift operations and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Run a warehouse to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Lead a small team and organise training.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and liaise with Health & Safety Manager for improvements.
• Oversee loading, picking and stock management overnight and coordinate workloads to meet deadlines.
• Monitor stock, equipment and site security, and maintain a safe working environment.
