Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within production, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments.
• Strong hands-on operational background with the ability to support day-to-day shop-floor activities.
• Forklift experience or warehouse systems experience advantageous, though training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support night-shift production and warehouse operations to meet targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a small night-shift team, monitoring attendance, performance, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate workloads, monitor workflow, and adjust priorities to maintain efficiency during the shift.
• Conduct basic coaching, onboarding support, and assist with recruitment as the operation grows.
• Complete operational paperwork, stock updates, and handovers accurately while resolving issues.
