Bidfood UK in Chepstow is recruiting a Warehouse Team Manager (Nights) to lead the night shift, drive safety and service standards, and develop a high performing team. You will coach staff, optimise processes and use KPI data to push continuous improvements across operations.

The role involves coordinating recruitment, performance, and team development while ensuring accurate workload allocation, safety, and service targets are met during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Monitoring performance and using KPI data to drive continuous improvement.
• Allocating workloads to drive productivity and meet service targets.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct and team development.
• Leading team briefings and communicating key business updates.
• Investigating operational issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Working closely with Warehouse, Transport and Operational teams to deliver excellent service.
• Managing resources, equipment and warehouse assets effectively.
