MERKUR Casino UK is hiring a Team Member for Nights on a part-time basis in Ayr. The role emphasizes delivering first-class customer service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting gaming operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards, clean gaming equipment and floors.
• Conduct service rounds and offer refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag suspicious/disruptive activity.
• Assist with admin tasks as required to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
• Resolve problems and escalate following the complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.
• Maintain brand presentation and adhere to dress code on duty.
• Build product knowledge to enhance customer journey and enjoyment.
• Understand safeguarding policies and challenge 25 guidance.
