Job summary

Merkur Slots UK Limited is seeking a Team Member Nights to join our market-leading venues in Chingford. The role offers 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.25–£14.75 per hour, including a night rate of £14.75 for shifts from 23:00 to 06:00. You’ll be the welcoming face creating a great gaming atmosphere and delivering first-class service.

We value friendliness, reliability and flexibility. You will work on a rota that includes weekends and Bank Holidays, supported by a thorough training

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible and dedicated with strong attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping standards in the venue and clean gaming areas.
• Offer rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behavior and address issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administration support as required with accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and contribute to success.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and satisfaction goals.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating per the complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.
• Maintain brand presentation and understand product knowledge.
