• Good stakeholder management skills when working with third parties and the wider Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Support the shop's management team with managerial tasks and collaborate with all shop areas to meet customer demand.
• Ensure Partners operate in a safe and legal manner.
• Fulfil online orders for delivery to customers’ doors.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves properly stocked and organised.
• Assist across the wider team including checkout, Click & Collect and on‑demand orders.
• Suggest ideas to improve commercial performance and efficiency.
• Help reduce wastage through due diligence and timely markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and carry out general shop tasks.
