Job summary

Voyage Care in Edlington is seeking a caring Night Support Worker to help residents gain more independence during 8pm-8am shifts on a 35-hour contract. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day support, assisting with personal care and enabling a safe, engaging evening and overnight routine.

We offer enhanced pay for evenings and weekends (+50p/hr), premium overtime rates (+£1/hr), and benefits such as the Blue Light Card, health support, and staff discounts.

• Care experience or be willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support to residents to enhance independence.
