Platinum Recruitment Consultancy seeks a Night Supervisor for a prestigious hotel in Lutterworth. You will oversee overnight operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a night team to Maintain security, service standards, and efficient night-time procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have prior hospitality experience in a hotel environment.

• Flexible to support different departments as needed.
• Professional and welcoming approach at all times.
• Own transport to the location is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clear and maintain conference rooms, private dinners and weddings.
• Carry out regular security checks and ensure the hotel remains safe overnight.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
• Look after guests and delegates, responding to requests and queries.
• Provide 24-hour room service, including preparing and delivering orders.
• Support Reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs and luggage assistance.
• Ensure wake-up calls and newspapers are delivered promptly.
• Manage and support departmental staff, including training and rotas.
• Follow fire safety procedures and company policies.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure they are resolved appropriately.
• Support the wider team and other departments when required.

What we're looking for

• We're looking for a confident hospitality professional who can lead by example and provide excellent guest service throughout the night.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Night Porter or Night Auditor is required
• Supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment would be advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience across reception and general hotel operations
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• The confidence to deal with guest queries and complaints professionally
• Ability to lead, support and develop a team
• Flexibility to support different departments when required
• A professional and welcoming approach at all times
• Due to the location, you will need your own transport to get to and from the property
