Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Gravesend is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor for night shifts (22:00–08:30). The role requires full week flexibility, working 3 nights out of 7, with supervisory duties at times.

Enhanced rate £13.25/hour for supervisory duties and an extra £1.50/hour for hours 11pm–6am. You will welcome customers, promote offers/events, handle cash, serve drinks, and assist with opening/closing while supervising the team and ensuring compliance with policy and gambling

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and securely.
• Willingness to perform supervisory duties and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to ensure a great visit.
• Promote offers, events and new games.
• Handle cash and provide accurate change.
• Serve refreshments and keep the venue clean and welcoming.
• Assist with opening/closing and supervise the team when needed.
