Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead a team overnight, ensuring replenishment and store readiness for morning trade. You will manage performance, safety, and compliance, while coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee scheduling, discipline, and pay accuracy, with a view to maintaining high standards and providing a safe, inclusive environment for all staff during out-of-hours trading.

Qualifikationen

• A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment - you've motivated others, driven performance, and kept operations running smoothly.
• Operational leadership skills - you've taken responsibility for store operations in the absence of more senior managers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs - sales, availability, customer satisfaction or colleague engagement.
• Has managed employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
• Desirable - worked night shifts in a high-volume, operational environment and adapted to overnight working.
