Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night shift teams in a care home setting. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents while working 8pm to 8am for 33 hours per week. You’ll contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment and uphold high standards of practice.

You should have a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care, with a passion for mentoring colleagues and ensuring safe, dignified care for residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• At least 12 months of health or social care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents.
• Mentor and supervise care team and students.
• Attend safeguarding training and report concerns.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
