Job summary
HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse to assist with personal care, meals and daily activities while upholding each resident's dignity and individuality.
You will contribute to safeguarding and the overall wellbeing of residents, in a supportive team with opportunities for development and a stable night-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
- Assist with daily activities and safeguarding residents' wellbeing.
