Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in our care homes. Working night shifts (44 hours per week), you will support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, assist with personal care and meals, and help with daily activities with kindness and respect.

You will work under a Registered Nurse and play a key role in ensuring residents live with dignity and purpose, including compassionate end-of-life care and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help with daily activities in the home and respond with compassion to residents' needs.
