Job summary

HC-One, The Kind Care Company, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for night shift (22 hours per week) from 8pm to 8am in a UK care home. You will work in a nurse-led environment, mentor colleagues, and support students as a practice supervisor and assessor.

A valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months health or social care experience are required. You will advocate a person-centred approach and participate in safeguarding and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC Pin.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Deliver person-centred care to residents and their families.
• Recognise safeguarding signs and complete required safeguarding training.
