Highgate Care Services Ltd in Stockport is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to deliver high-quality care to residents in line with individual care plans. You will collaborate with the nurse in charge, maintain accurate records, administer medications, and respond to health changes with clinical judgement.

Formación

• Active NMC pin without restrictions.
• Experience in elderly or residential care is desirable.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to flexible hours.
• Strong communication with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standards of care per care plans and handover.
• Lead junior staff to maintain efficient home operations and a homely atmosphere.
• Report ill health to GP/ professionals and facilitate visits.
• Maintain and review Client Care Plans with residents and their families.
• Assess care needs and supervise health and nursing care.
• Maintain accurate records and bi-annual plan reviews.
• Conduct medication administration, dressings, catheterisation and related tasks per policy.
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals for holistic care.
• Uphold NMC Code of Conduct and integrity in all dealings.
