HC-One Limited is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead a nightshift team in a care home setting. You will ensure compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care for residents and supervise junior staff.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, mentor colleagues, and act as a practice supervisor and assessor for students. You will promote safeguarding and person‑centred care across the home.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and current practicing status.
• Experience leading nursing teams in residential care.
