Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to uphold high standards day and night. You’ll motivate your team, delegate tasks, and roll up your sleeves to lead by example.

The role offers responsibility, leadership development, and a clear path for future success within Lidl. • Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure smooth shifts.
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed and grow.
• Manage store operations and cover for Store Manager/Deputy in their absence.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock to keep shifts running.
• Deliver the best possible customer experience on every visit.
