Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is looking for a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store team through day and night shifts. You will motivate staff, delegate tasks and uphold Lidl standards while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) for a 35-hour contract with night shift premiums, plus benefits such as holiday entitlement, discount, pension and family leave.

• Experience in leading a sizeable team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment.
• The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
