Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a sizeable team, manage store operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across night shifts. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with holiday pro rata and additional holiday perks, plus store discounts and family-leave enhancements.

You’ll be responsible for motivating staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining standards when the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager are absent, while ensuring stock, cash, and freshness controls
