Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a team during day and night shifts at our Nottingham store. You will motivate staff, delegate tasks, and handle store operations when senior managers are absent, ensuring smooth cash handling, stock control and customer service excellence.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) for 30–35 hours per week with night shifts from 9pm to 7am, plus 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount and enhanced family leave.
