Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a store team across day and night shifts, driving standards day and night to ensure an excellent guest experience.

You will motivate, delegate, and solve problems, managing operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, including stock, cash and inventory control. This role offers progression and a chance to demonstrate leadership.
