Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Night Concierge to support 24/7 resident experience, delivering friendly reception, administration, and safety support. You will manage keys, assist with check-ins/outs out of hours, and coordinate handovers to the day team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and security.

Ideal candidates excel in customer service, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with the Community Manager and neighbours to maintain occupancy and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a front-of-house or hospitality setting.
• Reception duties and administration knowledge.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Problem solving and incident handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides reception, administration and customer service support (including key management and lock outs).
• Responds to booking enquiries and ensures handover for next day follow up to ensure full occupancy.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness and reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Handles incident logs, escalates where necessary and supports safety response.
• Supports social events and resident engagement and assists the team in occupancy retention.
