Job summary

Greystar (International) is recruiting for a night-time Community Services role in Southampton. You will be the day-to-night bridge, delivering a smooth 24/7 resident experience with exceptional customer service, safety and cleanliness across the community.

The successful candidate will handle reception and administration, guest procedures, out-of-hours check-in/check-out, and respond to enquiries while ensuring full occupancy and positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• Solid general education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service skills developed in accommodation, hospitality or reservations.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and take ownership.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and attention to detail abilities.
• Aware of cultural differences; capable of building relationships and negotiating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides reception, administration and customer service and safety support (including key management and lockouts).
• Responds to booking enquiries and ensures handover for next day occupancy.
• Maintains common areas and supports safety, cleanliness and incident reporting.
• Manages safety and security procedures and handovers between shifts.
