Nexperia Manchester is expanding its Night Production Assistant cohort to join a high‑tech semiconductor wafer fabrication environment. You will work 7pm–7am on a four‑on, four‑off pattern, following written instructions to operate advanced equipment in a cleanroom and help produce silicon microchips used in everyday devices.

Qualificações

• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and reliability for night shifts.
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment; cleanroom experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily production tasks with guidance from the Team Leader.
• Learn to operate high‑tech equipment and achieve wafer output targets.
• Follow change procedures and all cleanroom safety practices.
• Accurately complete documentation and enter transactions into Factory Works.
• Maintain high quality, safety and production standards throughout.
