Job summary

Nexperia Manchester is building a Night Production Assistant talent pool for upcoming night shift opportunities at the Hazel Grove site. Starting salary is £39,685.05 per annum, including night shift allowance, with a four-on, four-off pattern from 7pm to 7am.

This is a permanent role with training and career development in a high-tech wafer fab. You will join a large production team manufacturing silicon microchips, following instructions and maintaining safety and quality standards while

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Works well in a team with a proactive mindset.
• Good time management and reliability for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily production tasks with support from the Team Leader.
• Learn to operate high‑tech equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow production change procedures and all cleanroom safety practices.
• Complete documentation accurately and enter transactions into the Factory Works system.
• Maintain high quality, safety and production standards.
