Job summary

Nexperia in Manchester is seeking a Process Engineer to split time between reactive sustaining work and proactive project delivery across furnacing, wafer cleaning, sputtering, passivation, evaporation and rapid thermal processing.

You will drive yield improvements, monitor CpK, and support new product development, with a rotating 12-hour shift pattern and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor Industry experience as a Process Engineer.
• HND or Degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Great priority management and the ability to work in high pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Yield, Capability & Performance Improvement.
• Sustaining and improving mechanical and electrical yields to meet targets.
• Monitoring and improving CpK levels across processes.
