Qualificações

• You have previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• You understand production processes, safety requirements and KPIs.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
• You have good time management and organisational skills.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift operations to safely deliver production targets and customer requirements.
• Drive compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Develop production team members through coaching, training and feedback.
• Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency and labour performance on the shift.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimise downtime and maintain output.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning to optimise plant performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve processes.
• Report shift performance, key issues and priorities with effective handovers.
