Linde AMT UK Limited in Swindon, United Kingdom, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the nights shift to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment.

You're responsible for planning preventative and reactive maintenance, supervising fault-finding, and supporting production with engineering expertise. Knowledge of PLCs and control systems is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical repair and installation.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with control systems and PLCs in manufacturing.
• Strong planning and problem solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Night Shift Maintenance team.
• Plan preventative and reactive maintenance across plant equipment.
• Ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Oversee fault finding and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support to Maintenance and Production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Manage maintenance records and contractor documentation.
