Qualifications

• You have previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• You understand production processes, safety requirements and KPIs.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
• You have good time management and organisational skills.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• You will lead shift operations to safely deliver production targets and customer requirements
• You will drive compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
• Further, you will manage and develop production team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Monitoring and improving productivity, efficiency, and labour performance across the shift will be part of your role
