Linde plc in Swindon, United Kingdom, is seeking a Maintenance Night Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities. You will ensure safety, reliability, and uptime across plant equipment, while guiding a skilled team.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise with electrical/mechanical systems, strong planning, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• BTEC/C&G in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with control systems, programmable logic controllers, and process equipment in manufacturing.
• Technical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a demanding user environment and drive change.

Mansioni

• Lead, supervise, and support the Maintenance Night Shift Team to ensure work is safe and efficient.
• Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across plant equipment and facilities.
• Maintain machinery to maximise reliability, performance, and uptime.
• Oversee fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Maintenance and Production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
• Manage maintenance records, schedules, contractors, and related documentation.
