Job summary
Linde AMT UK Limited in Swindon is seeking a Production Manager to provide leadership across Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence. You will own the production planning process, ensuring resources align to customer demand and you will drive daily execution to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets.
The role requires a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent leadership experience, with 3-5 years leading production teams in manufacturing or regulated
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience leading production teams in regulated environments.
- Proven track record delivering improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Safety, Quality, Environmental and Operational Excellence in coating operation.
- Own production planning, ensuring capacity, labour, materials and equipment align to demand.
- Lead daily execution of production plan to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity targets.
- Lead daily performance reviews on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and CI metrics.
- Drive improvements in OEE, labour productivity, sales per head, operating profit per head and waste reduction.
- Establish standard plant approach through Leadership Standard Work and 6S.
