Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau is seeking a precision-minded Operations Technician for our Witney facility. You will work with next-generation automated machinery on a night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a 4-on 4-off pattern.

You will perform GMP-aligned quality checks, maintain a 6S workspace, and log batch data via digital interfaces to support lean, safe production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be precise with quality standards and GMP/COSHH/EHS focus.
• Experience working with automated machinery and digital systems is preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs and log data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting-edge automated machinery for assembly, sensor production, and chemical solution prep.
• Perform visual and instrumental checks on materials and finished goods per GMP guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S principles and safety guidelines.
