Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property in the United Kingdom seeks a Manufacturing Technician for night shifts in a cGMP-compliant cleanroom. You will assemble, inspect, and package single-use medical devices using hand tools and technical drawings.

This 12-month contract offers 4-on/4-off nights (18:00–06:00), with 40.25 hours weekly and enhanced night pay. Key requirements include night-shift readiness, manual dexterity, and experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in cleanroom or cGMP

Qualifications

Night shift readiness for 12-hour nights (18:00–06:00) on a 4-on/4-off cycle.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive assembly with lifting.
Hands-on dexterity with hand tools, good eyesight, and basic maths.
Experience in manufacturing or assembly; cleanroom or cGMP knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Assemble medical components inside a cleanroom following SOPs and assembly drawings.
Use hand tools (manual, electronic, pneumatic) to setup and kit raw materials on production lines.
Perform continuous quality inspections on finished goods against strict specifications.
Record cGMP data accurately within batch production records.
Adhere to cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and 5S standards.
