Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Prior work within a regulated industry (Pharma/MedTech) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sequential processes.
• Cleanroom experience preferred.
• Digital literacy and ability to learn data management software.
• A proactive, collaborative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency.
• Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity.
• Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for repairs.
• Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental standards in a clean, organised workspace.
