Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is hiring a Production Technician for the night shift in Oxford. You will be involved in preparing, manufacturing, and inspecting compounding medicines, supporting cleanroom production and adherence to SOPs.

The role runs 10pm–6am, with 12 weeks of day-shift training. Responsibilities include labeling, equipment checks, manufacturing all product types, maintaining productivity, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards to help deliver life-changing healthcare

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics required.
• Experience in a GMP environment would be beneficial.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing or retail/hospitality.
• Good oral and written communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Label all product types.
• Perform equipment checks.
• Manufacture all product types.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Control isolator inventory.
• Meet turnaround times.
• Sanitise equipment and components following SOPs.
• Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing.
• Select, prepare, and sanitize raw materials.
• Report sanitisation deviations.
• Facility monitoring.
• Clean and maintain all areas.
